A word about Terry Bikes:

In order to accommodate the geometrical changes made in the frame to make it fit women, this 19" bike has a smaller wheel (24") in the front and a larger wheel (700C) in the rear. Women generally have longer legs and shorter torso than men. In order to customize this bike for women, Terry has shortened the top tube to bring the front of the bike closer to the rider and the handlebars are slightly more narrow to accommodate narrower shoulders. The only way to accommodate these changes is to change the wheel sizes.

Standover Height: 29.6"

Fit: To measure standover height, stand with your shoes off and your feet about six inches apart (as if standing over a bike). Measure the distance from the floor to your crotch. This is often difficult so you may want to enlist the help of a friend. Compare this measurement to the standover heights listed above. The standover height is the distance from the floor to the bicycle's top tube. For a road bike, you'll want to clear the top tube by 3/4" to 1 1/4".
